About these terms
These terms apply when you order from BRC Online Store, Lh. Naifaru, Maldives — on brcmv.com, on Telegram or by phone. By placing an order you agree to them.
Prices & stock
All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Stock and prices come from our shop and can change; the price you see when you order is the price you pay. Some items can be bought by the piece, dozen or case — the pack size is shown next to the price. If something runs out after you order, we will call you to swap it or remove it.
Orders
Your order is confirmed when we accept it. We may call or message you to check details. We can refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the address can’t be reached — and you won’t be charged for anything we don’t deliver.
Delivery
We deliver at the time you choose at checkout or the time we agree with you. Delivery is free for orders over MVR 20 where shown.

Please be available at the address or boat/jetty you give us. If we can’t reach you, we will call to arrange another time.
Payment
You can pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer.
Bank transfers must go only to our account:

- Account name: BRC ONLINE
- Account number: 7730000878785 (MVR)
Upload your slip after ordering or send it on Telegram. We pack bank-transfer orders once the payment is received. We will never ask you to pay into any other account.
Cancelling
You can cancel free of charge until your order leaves our shop — just call or message us. If you already paid by transfer, we refund the full amount.

Giveaways
Giveaways are free to enter, one entry per Viber number. To win you must follow the steps shown (for example join our Viber community). The winner is picked at random after the closing time and announced in our Viber community. Prizes can’t be exchanged for cash. We may disqualify fake or duplicate entries.
